Must effectively manage sales team and have a strong knowledge of current market. Uphold the highest ethical standards while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Our mission is to continue to grow and thrive with the best team possible!

*Creating strategies, establishing policies, and processes

*Planning & budgeting sales forecast

*Oversee the recruitment, training, and incentives

*Ensure motivation and productivity of sales staff

*Manage inventory levels and lot presentation

*Auditing trade vehicle appraisals and wholesales

*Deal closing and customer follow up

Represent our Dealership with a friendly outgoing personality! Ability to communicate in a positive manner with customers, vendors, and staff! Organizational and Leadership skills a must!
